Usage of Cellulose Acetate Butyrate Based Oligomeric Structures on Cotton Fabric Coatings

چکیده

In this study, the hydroxyl groups of cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) oligomer were reacted with toluene diisocyanate-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (TDI-HEMA) adduct, in order to improve properties CAB such as flexibility, thermal stability etc. Then obtained modified was characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR analysis. UV-curable coating formulations prepared using oligomer, then applied on cotton fabrics reinforce make them durable outdoor environments. Cotton treated a commercial washing detergent, alkali solution, an enzyme prior UV-coating, increase adhesion between fabric layer. Washed coated evaluated terms absorbency, tensile, properties, respectively. Light microscopy employed observe effects processes fibre, show abrasion deformation fabric. Results proved that best process fibrillation found enzymatic due having highest strength least against abrasion.
